Common questions
- Signing in. Brain Fam sends a one-time code to your email each time you sign in โ no password needed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
- Your progress isn't showing on another device. Make sure you're signed in with the same email on both devices, then reopen the app.
- Managing your subscription. You can view, change, or cancel Brain Fam Premium anytime in your Apple Account settings: Settings โ [your name] โ Subscriptions.
- Restoring a purchase. On the upgrade screen, tap "Restore purchases."
- Deleting your account. Open the app's Settings to delete your account and family data.
