These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Brain Fam governing your use of the Brain Fam mobile app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

Brain Fam provides AI-personalized quizzes and learning activities for families. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for the activity under your account and for any family profiles you create. Keep your sign-in access secure.

Subscriptions and billing

• Brain Fam offers an auto-renewable subscription, "Brain Fam Premium," available as a monthly or annual plan. Current prices are shown in the App.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's terms. We do not separately process payments or issue refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

AI-generated content

Quiz questions and answers are generated in part by automated AI systems and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Brain Fam is intended for entertainment and learning and should not be relied on as a source of professional, medical, legal, or factual authority.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding content you provide) are owned by Brain Fam and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial, family use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Fam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
